SHIPPING + RETURNS
All of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. All shipping is via USPS and orders typically arrive in 3-7 days. If for some reason an item is out of stock or backordered I will contact you immediately via email. If you have ANY questions at all please don't hesitate to contact me.
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority along with providing only the best products. If you need to do an exchange or return please contact me, Allison via email firstname.lastname@example.org and once the return/exchange is authorized the item must be shipped to us and I will contact you via email once we have received/processed the item.
All returns or exchanges must be handled within 14 days of the customer receiving the package. If an items is damaged, or defected please email me at email@example.com and I will email you a return label. Returned items must be unworn and in original condition. We are not able to accept returns if product smells like smoke, or if it is covered in pet hair.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition the return will be processed and the funds should return to the account in 5-7 business days.
